Watch the HHH Racing Podcast livestream show TONIGHT at 8PM EST w/great content and info. on a Pick 5 sequence from a major track this Saturday w/special viewer guests here: https://youtu.be/FLGB9mWQFuQ

Key:  BF = Bad Favorite and LS = Longshot

Race 1:     2-6-4

#2 Cynical Girl has two races last year at this track and distance that can easily win this race. Ignore dirt efforts, now she’s back to where she belongs.

Race 2:     3-1-2

4yo filly #3 Twilight Galaxy looks to be on the major improve for new Trainer Rosin. J/T combo 2/4 at the meet, should get a nice stalking trip and win if continues her upward ascension.

Race 3:      6-2-1

#6 Shinny out of leading trainer barn of Diodoro with back form on the turf in Arizona that would be very competitive here. Will stalk the #1 Papa Rizzo and hopefully go by. The aforementioned #1 ran big on opening night taking pressure all the way at 37-1 and winning….find it hard he can repeat that effort here.

Race 4:      7-3-1

Pick 5 starts here……….ABC Selections:

#7 Cyril’s Boy going turf to dirt for Robertson, an angle that is effective. He brings good, classy dirt form from very tough circuit in Arkansas and fits very well with this field. Will be a matter of trip from here, has a big shot, and will not be the fave.

Race 5:      8-9-4

#8 Bayou Benny and #9 Johnny Up both very promising MN-breds based on works and breeding. Both appear to be quick and bred to be precocious early, prefer Bayou Benny, but see tote board for more clues. This race is begging out to be won by a firster, morning-line fave (#4) off a long layoff but can win if improves from last summer.

Race 6:      3-4-1

#3 Golden Eyed Queen does not look best on paper, except in one area: early speed. This turf course is rock hard right now and playing to speed, so I’ll hope she can wire the field on that angle alone. Not a lot of turf in her pedigree, may not matter if no one goes with her early.

Race 7:      8-5-4

#8 Khaki Jack another early speed angle for Broberg, just needs to break well and should be tough on the lead. Coming from underrated track in Lone Star and can clear from the far outside post….drop and pop.

Race 8:       8-6-5

#8 She’s Xtremely Hot a soft choice in a very difficult race. She’s never been on the turf, but the dam’s siblings have won 57k on the turf with 1 winner, not great but good enough. More importantly, I trust the J/T combo, has been working well, has 2-turn experience and enough class to win.
