Ex-Andre Fabre gelding by Fastnet Rock. Once-raced 3-year-old who shaped with promise on debut at Deauville (4/1) when finishing 3rd. He looked a bit green there, and has since been gelded, but plugged on well on the inside which probably wasn’t the place to be. That run came on a synthetic surface but he shouldn’t have any problem with turf on breeding, as his dam was a decent horse who won on very soft turf and synthetics. Form of that debut run is mixed. The winner that day has won since and looks talented, but the 2nd and 4th look moderate performers. Hard to nail down how much ability he has and his works haven’t been spectacular, so probably best watched on his US debut.
