4yo firster for Philip D’Amato worked at least a half-dozen times in a row with 4yo barnmate THAT’S AMARE, who ran a strong second in her only start (last August @ Del Mar) behind LEGGS GALORE, who came out of that race to win her next 3 starts in a row, including the Sunshine Millions F&M Turf Sprint most recently. In his most recent drill here @ Santa Anita, IN VRONSKY STYLE worked with the 3yo Irish gelding CATHKIN PEAK, who has won both American starts including the Eddie Logan Stakes most recently. Note also that D’Amato is showing a nice flat-bet profit with firsters from a large sample. Should be tough here with any kind of clean trip.
