RACE 1: 6-2-4
#6 FLOWER’S FORTUNE takes the biggest class drop in racing and exits two performances where she was hindered by being inside. The outside post she has today is ideal and the competition she meets very weak.
RACE 2: 4-2-3
#4 FAIR REGIS can turn the tables on #2 FAIR LASSIE based on pace, as there is precious little speed in here. An aggressive ride by Dylan Davis (a rarity in and of itself) would make a major difference.
RACE 3: 4-2-6-1
#4 DARK STORM is in form at the moment and appears to be the controlling speed in this largely paceless affair. If he is able to get loose in the opening stages, he is a threat to go the distance.
RACE 4: 2-3-4
It is impossible to know ahead of time if we will see the notorious ‘gold rail’ that has existed at Aqueduct for going on three weeks. If so, #2 RUVIES IN TIME is strictly the one to beat off a narrow miss against similar feos.
RACE 5: 3-8-7
#4 THREE TWO ZONE stalked outside the pacesetter last time out before weakening late and the inside was the place to be that afternoon. He can be the inside speed in here with a heads-up ride and he’ll be a price.
RACE 6: 7-1-4
#7 MAGNETIQUE is strictly the one to beat based on recent form, as this daughter of Normandy Invasion has three straight exacta finishes, all of which came against better company than she meets here.
RACE 7: 2-1/1A-3-9
#2 I’M FINE has received two straight ideal pace setups and figures to get another one today. There is a plethora of pace signed on in this spot, and that would greatly aid this daughter of Blame in the late stages.
RACE 8: 2-8-1/1A
#2 THEITALIANAMERICAN is a late runner going first off a significant claim given the barn he exits hits at a very low percentage. This son of Girolamo will benefit if he rides the inside given there’s decent pace signed up.
