AQUEDUCT – 4/22/23

RACE 1: 7-12-3-2

The best turf form in the field belongs to #7 PIMENOVA.  She is hard to take at a short price, but is better than her competition.

RACE 2: 1/1A-3-4-7

The Calumet entry of #1 FIRST MONEY and #1A KAON is formidable in that both can win and exit strong efforts last time out.  They both have speed and First Money has Lasix for the first time.

RACE 3: 6-4-5-1

#6 NEURAL NETWORK is trying turf and that’s a move made with intent for Chad Brown.  He is out of a turf winning dam and should show speed in a race that’s lacking it.

RACE 4: 8-1-11-10

#8 IM JUST KIDDIN gets Lasix on her return to turf and ran two bang-up races on the green last year as a 2YO.

RACE 5: 8-6-4-3

#8 LOHENGRIN TWO is the one to catch in a race devoid of speed.  They’ll have to catch him for the money!

RACE 6: 9-4-12-5

#9 MYLES is by 9% turf sire Creative Cause and is out of a turf winning mare.  He has one sibling to win on turf so the grass should prove greener.

RACE 7: 9-3-1-4

#9 MORE THAN WORK drops in for a tag for the first time for trainer Brad Cox and has back turf races that make him the one to beat.

RACE 8: 4-3-6-7

#4 GENERAL BANKER drops in class and should be tough to handle late with any pace help.  If he can run back to his best races, he’ll be a threat.

RACE 9: 4-8-1-9

#4 ASSET PURCHASE drops in class off a solid try in the Busher. She is the one to catch this afternoon as the likely 2nd choice.
