Race 2: #4 Ambitiously Placed
- Ambitiously Placed is not so ambitiously placed today as this field seems to be the perfect fit for her. She went straight to turf races when joining the Ness barn but the most recent start it came off the turf and she won. She should duplicate that performance today as this field isn’t that deep but she should sit the perfect trip right off the early speed duels.
Race 7: #8 Cape Cod Sally
- Cape Cod Sally should be sitting just off the early speed directly inside of her. Haleem Lee is heating up just in time for the holidays and I think this will be another horse that adds to his career win column. Silvestre Gonzalez gets the call again today and I think this race should just fall in her lap.
Race 10: #1 She’smyrisenstar
- She’smyrisenstar showed some late energy last time out and now gets an extra half furlong and Milan stays aboard. This should help improve this horse’s run style and ability to make a bigger impact in today’s affair. Hopefully Milan can keep her closer today than before, especially breaking from the rail. Should be able to improve and should be 2nd or 3rd choice.
