Parx Spot Plays for Monday 9/27/21
Race 6: #2 Twirling Liz
- Twirling Liz is cutting back and dropping in class here today. She finished 2nd last time out going 7F and in for 10,000N1X. Today she is at 6F and in for open 8K claiming. Pino has been red hot lately and same with Silvera. If Ruben can get this mare on the lead early or at least close enough to pressure whoever does take the lead, then she will be tough to beat.
Race 8: #5 Li’lbito’charm
- This horse was entered in a stake at Delaware on Saturday but scratched out of that race and pointed to this race. I think the connections made the right choice. This field is a lot easier than that field on Saturday. Dexter Haddock sticks with the horse and the horse loves Parx. Should be much the best here.
Race 9: #8 Moonachie
- Moonachie is now with Juan Vasquez and is trying Parx for the first time in his career. Juan Vasquez is on absolute fire right now and this horse has some good form before joining the barn. Silvestre Gonzalez gets the call on this one and that is something I like. This horse has some tactical speed that should also help to his advantage today.
