Race 7: #11 Miss Peppina
- Miss Peppina gets a bad post draw but has some early speed in which she can gain positioning. Ramos is one of the more aggressive apprentices around right now as well. She is currently trying to find out who’s the best out of her and Flashing Diamond here as it will be the 3rd race in a row they run against one another. She won the 1st matchup, but could not get by Flashing Diamond last race. Today will settle the matchup.
Race 9: #5 Winning Time
- Winning Time was the best 2yo at Parx in 2022. He is coming off a PA Nursery win which was really solid. He gets a better post today and should be forwardly placed but he knows how to rate now after his last performance.
Race 10: #10 Girl Trouble
- Paco Lopez is flying up from Gulfstream to ride this one today. This horse has been the most consistent and classiest out of this bunch. I think she can win again today but she does have some new shooters who will be tough. Lasix will improve her ability to fight off foes and she has experience over a track with moisture which she has won on before.
