Race 3: #8 Purrfect Mistress
- Purrfect Mistress was claimed last time out for Scott Lake at Churchill Downs. I think the switch to Parx will benefit this one. She is getting better in each career start and now that she got over that hump of being a maiden, she should be able to have that confidence that could result in back to back wins. Ruben Silvera gets the call today which is also a good sign.
Race 5: #2 Get The W
- Get The W is back in again and I love this horse. Haleem Lee has this horse running very well even at 9 years old. Silvestre Gonzalez stays on this one once again and this horse seems to run best with Silvestre in the saddle. This field is pretty solid so I expect somewhat okay odds on this horse today.
Race 8: #6 The Count
- The Count is a 2yo first time starter for Todd Pletcher. This is a PA Bred which is why it is debuting here and not at Saratoga. Ruben Silvera gets the call here and this horse was working bullets at Belmont prior to this race. I think this one will outclass this field and if he wins, I can see this one being shipped to Saratoga.
