Parx Spot Plays
Race 2: #8 Dial a Lady
- Dial a Lady should be right there in the mix today. She has finally gotten into good form and has been consistently in the money for 5 out of the last 7 starts at Parx. Since Adorno got aboard, this horse has been even better and I expect her to continue her good form today.
Race 5: #3 Ice Bar
- Ice Bar should be able to improve here and I think him going to John Servis will be beneficial. They are adding blinkers and lasix for the first time today. Ruben Silvera rides this one today just as he had last time out and I think that is huge. I think this horse needs lasix and isn’t that focused without blinkers. Should be the winning formula today.
Race 8: #2 Verrazano Bridge
- Verrazano Bridge is now in the Michael Moore barn after breaking his maiden last time out. He gets the apprentice today which should help keep his form with the weight. Mike Moore keeps his horses in good spots and this horse is in a good spot today. There are a lot of filler horses in this field so this field isn’t that deep to me. Should be one of the top contenders in this field.
