Race 4
#7 Wham Bam Shrimp looks to be better than these bottom level maidens and she is a first time starter. I usually tend to prefer first time starters in weak maiden races, especially if the horse is coming out of a good barn or has good owners. Both of these are true today and the filly gets the red hot apprentice in Courtney Giraldo. If she has any type of ability she will be tough in debut.
Race 6
#6 Tringale should be really tough to beat here. Jamie Ness and Ruben Silvera team up here and this horse is shipping in from Pimlico where Ness had been struggling. This field is way weaker than those of previous races, and he should prefer Parx more anyway.
Race 8
#9 Spirit Wolf is trying to beat the bottom level in his condition for Jamie Ness and Ruben Silvera. This horse was claimed by Ness last time out and Ness is 34% off the claim. For him to run right back at this level is nothing to be worried about. Ness wants to win and this horse should win today.
Race 11
#6 Thomas Knight should be the lone speed here and especially with Dexter Haddock aboard. Haddock has been known to take advantage of a weak pace scenario and is one of the best jockeys at parx right now. Joe Taylor has had himself a solid meet so far too so these two connecting today should result in a good effort.
