Parx Spot Plays + Philly Big 5 Ticket

I won’t have a full write up on the Philly Big 5 but my spot plays will be plays throughout the sequence that I think you can build the ticket around.

Race 9: #7 Exit Right

  • Exit Right can be one of if not the single of this sequence. Jamie Ness claimed this horse off of accomplished trainer Mike Pino two races ago and improved this horse by about 7 beyer points with a 4 length win 1st off the claim. Now 2nd off the claim this horse should be ready to roll again. This gelding also loves a wet surface which he will get today and Ruben Silvera gets the call once again per usual for Jamie Ness. Should get a loose lead and I don’t see anyone pressuring this horse down the backstretch.

Race 10: #9 Brazen

  • After 5 horses scratched in this race, including the main speed options, I think Brazen becomes the horse to beat. Brazen has been amazing since coming to Pennsylvania. He should be lone speed now since the two main speeds are out of this race. Dexter Haddock has been riding this horse very well lately and I think this horse will be hard to beat.
