Gulfstream Park – Late Pick 5 – Friday (November 28, 2025) – John Pinder

Late Pick 5

Race selections provided are in the mindset of playing the Pick 5 sequence as a whole; runners are placed in the order of most likely winner, in my humble opinion.

Race 5 SELECTIONS:   5 – 6

#5 G Speedy Drops in class today after going longer and facing a wicked early pace should be able to get into contention and has ability to finish.  #6 Adios Mate has been very competitive in all of his races and should get a good pace set up in this 5 1/2 all weather sprint.

Race 6 SELECTIONS:  5 – 7 – 2

#5 Little Gussie has been competitive in all her past three attempts at 5 furlongs. Today she stretches out and if her late running ability proves enough to get an additional three furlongs, she fits viably here.  #7 World Builder ran a good strong race on debut and now drops in class and tries the turf.  #2 Mystery Date did not have a good start on debut, but her breeding is strong and should do much better second time out, good trainer jockey combination.

Race 7 SELECTIONS:   3- 7 – 5

#3 Full Nelson ran against a fast pace last time out against tougher competition.  #7 Leo Monte is trying the synthetic for the first time after running on the turf at Meadowlands and Monmouth should fit here.  #5 Ninja Star drops in class and switches to a high percentage jockey after also facing a wicked pace last time out.

Race 8 SELECTIONS:   3

#3 Etendre is very fast and should prove much the best in this field as he is running second off the layoff and dropping in class.

Race 9 SELECTIONS:   2 – 3 – 1 – 5

#2 Bronze Bullet is a versatile young colt whose breeding suggests that he would like the grass.  #3 Shipmate has shown ability on both the turf and synthetic in his young career looks well placed in this spot.  #1 Uncle Aldo is one of three runners trained by Jose D’angelo is well spotted and should not be overlooked.  #5 Glorious Boy is a late running gelding that has really woken up since he moved to the turf, has a chance.

Today’s ticket .50 base (pre scratches) : 5,6/ 2,5,7 /3,5,7 / 3 / 1,2,3,5   cost: $36
