  • Excellent work. I feel like if the HAL 9000 computer from the 2001 Space Odyssey movie was available to me and I asked who will win 2022 KDerby, these responses I just listened to would help me decide that White Abarrio gets the Roses, just beating Mo Donegal at the wire.

  • It starts with the Baffert duo of Taiba and Messier. Will the Curse be broken or is Messier the reincarnation of Medina Spirit? Modon and Zandon are dead closers and have no chance from the “Eurogate”. Wood winners; 1/40 in the Derby in the last 40 years. The Bluegrass; 0/30 in 30. I’ll use Epicenter underneath hoping he takes tons of money. Maybe more later. West Coast rules? Always.

  • Ptf. Excellent info on derby you have The Who who’s in horse racing thank you for giving us players the best info out there.

  • Who wins the Derby? I’ve got a few LV bets at big prices that made it to the race. While chaos could lead to a nice score, I think Epicenter is the one to beat. Zandon and Mo Donegal are coming off big figs and might not get the right trip. Messier is an interesting alternative as a forward-runner who could trip out.

  • Always look forward to the Monster Pods very informative and love the variety of guests love all of your work. I’m taking the fastest horse who’s really improving Mo Donegal. He is seasoned wants the distance and is from DonegalRacing good luck to all.

  • Messier, gets the lead on the backstretch, just holds off epicenter and Zandon at the wire , it’s a chalky trifecta but the only one that pays

  • If entries stay as they currently are, Epicenter will be my pick to win this Ky Derby. He has the ability to rate and win under multiple conditions.

  • Barber Road has’nt had any racing luck in his last 3 starts. can really close and with a clear trip …LOOK OUT !
    he is my longshot pick

  • Really enjoy the group! It has a great feel of sitting around with your hdcp buddies picking winners! I have a sweet future bet on Epicenter; so I’m sticking with him! Steve gets his first!
P.S. Lady Rocket gets a G1 on the undercard! 10X!!! See ya in the WC!

  • PTF, you guys have a great site. I appreciate your team’s insight and perspectives. I especially appreciate the quality of guest you bring to the show. My winner for the derby is Epicenter. His versatility and speed will serve him well. I believe the mile and 3/16th distance has already proven that Epicenter and Zozos can both finish in the top three. Both horses had something left in the tank and can improve off their last effort.

  • This year’s Derby is a tough puzzle to crack. Thank you, Pete and the whole ITM team for all of the great insight that you provide. My pick right now is Taiba- yes, he lacks race experience and is not flashy in the mornings but he seems to have a good mind and loads of natural ability to finish strong at this distance. Zandon looks great also, just needs to break better than he has in the past. Charge It would be a nice Travers future bet. Thanks again- looking forward to this week’s podcasts!
