Does the Triple Crown Need to be Changed?

It’s a special edition of the show debating the hot topic of the day: should the Triple Crown Series be extended or is it fine as it is? PTF brings in Jonathon Kinchen, Randy Moss, and Steven Crist to hear their thoughts on the matter. And then we encourage you to leave your thoughts on the topic in the comments on our Youtube channel. To buy tickets for Wednesday’s ABR party at the Mt. • Let’s see. We no longer have legitimate handicap races. We have fewer long route races. We have fewer stakes horses going from 3 years old to older racing. I laugh when I heard the call of Justify’s Belmont win. “The immortal Justify.” I go back to Tom Fool and Native Dancer. Bold Ruler winning the mile and a quarter Surburban carrying 134lbs giving Clem twenty lbs. How about Dr. Fager? Must we dilute the Triple Crown by spacing out the races?
