It’s annually one of my favorite weeks of the year.
Royal Ascot is a racing festival unlikely any other with five great days of racing including everything from top Group 1s with Breeders’ Cup tie-ins to races for two-year-olds to inscrutable handicaps (where you can really get paid if you’re right).
We are doing more than ever coverage for Ascot in ’25 and I wanted to tell you about that, but I’ll lead with an exciting development I have been waiting for for YEARS. For the first time, there will be handicapping contests on each day of Ascot, brought to you by our friends at Twinspires.com. There will be contests on Tuesday through Friday, ranging from $100 to $200, where you can win cash and seats to the $500 Saturday contest. the Saturday prize pool will include more cash and a seat to next weekend’s Stephen Foster Betting Challenge. We’ll have FREE tips and analysis of EVERY race on the site each day, courtesy of the great Steven Bonnick, who has done a lot of great work for us in various formats over the years. We will also have shows every day, including an Ascot Top 10 with Nick Luck and Vanessa Ryle.
Here’s the (tentative) lineup for the rest of the week, and if I do say so myself, it’s a who’s who in International Form Analysis. Shows will drop the day before the races in question generally, but Tuesday is available now.

If that’s not enough, on the In the Money Plus side we’ll have daily “Best Bets” from Rob Dove — one of the top 10 propunters in the UK today – along with digests of the picks from all the free shows. This is in addition to all the normal cool stuff we do over there — extra shows, special coverage of other big events including Del Mar and Saratoga.
