Race 2: #5 Sailor Again
- Sailor Again has really turned it around since joining the Haleem Lee barn. They have decided to put this one on the lead and it has made a lot of difference. This is a small field with the only other speed coming from directly inside of him in the 4 hole. If Mychel can have this one break the sharpest, this race might be over from the start.
Race 5: #6 Rob the Rich
- Rob the Rich get the weight break again but this time in form of new apprentice Sofia Vives. In just 7 starts here (all that came last week) she has a win and 2 seconds. She has been riding mostly longshots but this week she seems to have gotten the attention of some bigger trainers with better opportunities. She also crushed opening weekend at Woodbine where she will be riding on day Parx does not run. Now back to the horse. Rob the Rich has been competitive at this level for quite some time but definitely needs the right trip to win. Last time out Jamie Torres had this horse very wide and the late rally came up short because of it. Today the jockey switch and hopefully some pace collapse will benefit this horse.
Race 9: #7 Disco Ebo
- Disco Ebo seems to tower over this stakes field on a Monday. Butch Reid has a ton of classy horses in his barn and this filly is one of them. She is looking to win her fourth race in a row and 6th out of the last 7 races. She is the controlling speed and drew the outside post. If Frankie gets an uncontested lead aboard her, she will romp.
