ITM Triple Crown Draft 2026: PTF Ends Michelle’s Reign

Four contestants, three races, one winner — and for the first time in four years, it wasn’t Michelle Yu. PTF claimed the 2026 ITM Triple Crown Draft with 10 points, but the contest was anything but settled heading into the Belmont. Golden Tempo had won the Derby at big odds, but Renegade entered the final leg as the 8-5 favourite — and Renegade was Michelle’s horse. With PTF holding a two-point lead and Michelle needing only a Renegade win to leapfrog him at 8 total, the three-time defending champion looked poised to do what she always does: find a way.

She nearly did. Renegade ran a big race, finishing third, but it wasn’t enough. Golden Tempo — stumbling at the break, dropping to last, then unleashing the same relentless late run that won him the Derby — came through the field one more time. PTF finished with 10 points. Fallica salvaged second with 6, Commandment’s Belmont runner-up giving him a strong close to the series. Michelle ended with 4. Nick Tammaro brought up the rear with 1.

Place Contestant Points Key Horse
1st 🏆 PTF 10 Golden Tempo
2nd Fallica 6 Commandment
3rd Michelle Yu 4 Renegade
4th Nick Tammaro 1

Michelle’s three-year reign earned her the ultimate honour — a custom bobblehead, champagne glass in hand, commissioned by PTF and delivered by the Fiverr artist. The bottle was the original brief, but the glass is what arrived — and honestly, it works. Now PTF faces the question only a select few in this contest’s history have confronted: does he commission one of himself?
