ITM HorsePlayers Tour 2026
The ITM HorsePlayers Tour Is Back — First Game This Friday!
The 2026 ITM HorsePlayers Tour is underway and the first game is this Friday, June 5 on HorsePlayers.com. Entry is just $20, and all proceeds benefit charity. The format is Pick & Pray — make your Win/Place selections on a single horse before the first race closes, then hang on.
Each Friday game functions as a traditional feeder to the Saturday BCBC Qualifier — one BCBC Qualifier entry awarded per every 10 entries. But these games are also part of an interconnected season-long series: the top four finishers in each weekly feeder earn a spot in the ITM HorsePlayers Tour Playoffs at the end of the season.
The playoff winner receives a BCBC seat at no extra cost to players. ITM is adding $10,000 to the prize pool in the form of that BCBC seat. Play a $20 contest today and you could be on your way to the Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge.

Belmont Draw Reaction — PTF & JK
Posted Monday Night | In the Money Media YouTube
PTF and JK reacted to the post position draw live on Monday night. Their early read: Powershift (PP2) is the lone early speed in a nine-horse field, and the horses to beat are the ones who had trouble in the Kentucky Derby — Emerging Market, Commandment, and Chief Wallabee. Full breakdown of the morning line, connections’ comments from the draw ceremony, and their opening thoughts on the value picture at 9-2 for the Derby winner. PTF flagged that installing Golden Tempo as the third choice at 9-2 is a bold morning line, and that he is inclined to take the under on that price.

The Pace Shape
Connections Speak at the Draw
Trainer Cherie DeVaux on Golden Tempo’s outside draw in post 9: the horse will stalk the pace and make one run, just as he did at Churchill Downs on May 2. Bill Mott said Chief Wallabee is training well and has no problem with post 3. Chad Brown, whose stable sends out three runners — Ottinho (PP5), Growth Equity (PP6), and Emerging Market (PP8) — was circumspect at the draw, noting he expects the pace to be slow and that his horses will be positioned to pounce. For more from connections, see the full Horse Racing Nation draw report.
The Value Case: History Is on the Longshot’s Side
If a horse other than Golden Tempo wins Saturday, 23 different horses will have won the last 24 Triple Crown races — with Sovereignty (2025 Belmont winner) as the only horse to win multiple Triple Crown races in the span from 2019 to the present. Only one of the last 11 Triple Crown races has been won by the favourite: Journalism in the 2025 Preakness. Seven of the last 11 were won by the fourth choice or longer.
The morning line has Renegade (2-1) as the first choice — the Kentucky Derby runner-up who lost by a head to Golden Tempo at Churchill Downs on May 2 — with Chief Wallabee second at 3-1 and the Derby winner third at 9-2. For further historical context on this race and the Saratoga venue, see America’s Best Racing’s Belmont by the Numbers and the Daily Gazette fan guide to the final Belmont at Saratoga.
The ITM crew’s early directional read: the horses who had trouble in the Derby — Emerging Market (PP8), Commandment (PP7), and Chief Wallabee (PP3) — represent the value pool. Tune in to the Final Answers show tonight at 7 PM ET for the full analysis, pace projections, and specific betting recommendations.
