AQUEDUCT ANALYSIS – 03/14/2025

RACE 1: 3-4-6-5

#3 BOLD VICTORY is taking a massive class drop after a couple of even efforts against better in recent outings.  He has the tactical speed to stay within range in this affair and will be a deserving favorite given the serious class relief.

RACE 2: 5-3-6-4

#5 ACOUSTIC AVE goes 3rd off a claim by Wayne Potts and has been facing considerably better competition in his last two starts.  This veteran NY bred has a strong background around these conditions and should find this group a perfect fit.

RACE 3: 6-1-4-7

#6 WAITWAITDONTTELLME was a non-factor last time out against better and now drops in class for trainer Wayne Potts. She is in light with the double bug aboard and should be more of a presence in the opening stages.  The price will be

RACE 4: 6-7-1-4

#6 SCARAMANGA is a live longshot as he comes in off a 5th place finish against open company last time out.  This move back to NY bred competition should lead to improvement and he gets an upgrade at pilot to Jose Lezcano.

RACE 5: 6-2-7-1

#6 SHORT SHIFT is the one to catch for trainer Rob Atras as he goes 2nd off a layoff this afternoon.  She has the most early foot and nearly made all last time out before getting run down right on the wire.  If she is able to get loose today, she will be tough to beat.

RACE 6: 4-1-6-3

#4 REDDINGTON is dropping in class after failing against tougher in his last two outings.  He has been stuck inside against the grain of the track in his last two starts and should improve today both on the class drop and with a better trip.

RACE 7: 6-5-2-1

#6 PEAK OF CHIC is a threat at a price today returning to NY bred company for trainer Michael Moore.  This daughter of Competitive Edge is a threat to go the distance after winning at this level at 3-1 back in December.  She may not get the lead but should enjoy a nice stalking trip.

RACE 8: 6-7-8-4

#6 COUNTER MOVE is the one to beat off a positive debut for George Weaver.  He figures to improve with experience and was a competitive third behind next out winner and stablemate Vekinda.  Look for him to romp at a short price.
