Nick Tammaro’s Coast to Coast P5 – 9/28/2025

COAST TO COAST P5 – 9/28/2025

GP RACE 7

SELECTIONS: 3-4-8-1

The start to this sequence is very difficult, even if #3 UNCLE ALDO is the one to beat.  His first two races have been very good, he hails from an excellent barn and the added distance should be no issue for him given the pedigree.  Look for him to get control from the inside this afternoon.

As: 3,4,8

Bs: 1,5,9

GP RACE 8

SELECTIONS: 4-6-2-1

More moderate budgets will require #4 LUCKY OLD SON to win this race as he is sure to control things on the front end.  He fits this class level well and gets a key rider switch to Emisael Jaramillo, who specializes with front end types.  The balance of the field offers few of interest to boot.

As: 4

Bs: 2,6

GP RACE 9

SELECTIONS: 8-1-5-2

#8 ROYALLY BLUE is red-hot at the moment and figures to be in a good spot just off the pace in search of a third straight win.  If she simply runs the race that she has in her last two, she’ll be a major threat for top honors and is the horse to beat.  The speed of #1 VINDICATE CHA CHA always makes her dangerous going this trip.

As: 1,5,8

Bs: 2.3.4

SA RACE 4

SELECTIONS: 7-10-5-4

This is a super tough event where #7 YELLOW SUN DRESS should be a tough customer based on the improvement last time at a mile.  Couple her with #10 TIGHT SQUEEZE who was rolling late last out at 5 panels and now gets more ground to work with this afternoon.

As: 7,10

Bs: 4,5

SA RACE 5

SELECTIONS: 8-2-3-1

#8 MAXIMUN GOLD is drawn well on the outside in a good spot class-wise as she drops in for a tag for the first time while facing winners.

As: 8

Bs: 1,2,3

Be sure to play the Sunset Six as well where there’s a carryover of 47k!
