  • I’m a chef and have ribs on my menu. Do not put in the oven to reheat! Place in single layer to cool in the fridge. Take out of the fridge at least 2 hours before reheat. A water bath(Sous Vide) would be the best way to reheat. You can just use nice ziplock bag and place 1/2 rack each in large bag. Get as much air out of the bag as possible. Have a large pot of water just below boiling. Place bags with ribs in the water for 15-30 minutes. Then go to the broiler with the sauce just to get a good caramelized bark on them. If you should happen to have a circulator and vacuum machine 140 for the water temp.
