Parx Spot Plays
Race 1
#3 Galileo’s Affair should’ve hit the board and could’ve won but was steadied down the stretch and finished 5th but due to the DQ he was moved to 4th. Today I think she will be even tougher as this field is pretty weak. She should be one of the favorites and I expect her to improve off of that troubled effort.
Race 5
#8 Positive Force should be the lone speed here in this field. She gets an aggressive and red hot Dexter Haddock as well which is always a positive. She hasn’t been the same since leaving Jamie Ness but that is expected. This field isn’t anything special so if she gets a lone lead this could be over.
Race 7
#1 I am Redeemed is facing winners for the first time for Penny Pearce. This horse showed a ton in debut as he was fractious in the gate and still ran down the leaders and won. Today he stretches out to two turns and should sit the trip again.
Race 9
#4 Lady Munnings should be right there in the early pace picture today. She is in great form for DeMasi and she gets Ruben Silvera who already has 100 winners in 2021 and is the best rider at parx. This field is very solid so you might get more than 2/1 on this horse.
